Frequently asked Questions

  • Can I have my product personalised?

Yes! Embossing can make your gift so much more special. Just let us know in the contact section with the item you are after and the emboss you would like and we can offer placement ideas. We can emboss up to 6 letters and numbers into your product of choice. We find initials or dates look best. Please note personalising your product will add $10 to your item cost and will void returns. 

  • How much is Shipping?

Delivery within 10km of St Kilda is free. All other Australian orders are have a shipping rate of $10. International shipping is $20 AUD.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Some products at Welcome Leather Goods are made to order an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

  • The page says my preferred item is out of stock, when will it be available?

Send us a message on the contact us page or on welcomeleathergoods@gmail.com and we are sure we will be able to help you out and maybe make that special item for you.

  • Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We sincerely hope you won't want to return your purchase but offer returns for up to 30 days after your purchase. Please contact us and we will walk you through the process. The return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

  • Do your products come with a warranty?

We believe your item will last a lifetime. Our warranty currently covers 1 year of use. If you do have issues after this time period please let us know at welcomeleathergoods@gmail.com and we are sure will be able to assist either with a repair or a discounted replacement. Please note the warranty does not cover regular wear and tear or misuse.
